Digital/CRM Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a data-driven and creative CRM & Digital Specialist to lead the development and execution of customer relationship strategies while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives. This role bridges CRM systems, digital campaigns, and marketing automation to deliver seamless and personalized customer experiences across channels.
Digital Marketing Specialist duties and responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Segment customer databases and deliver personalized communications based on lifecycle stages, behaviors, and preferences.
Run paid ads Across Platforms (Google, social media, etc.…)
Measure the success of every paid ads campaign
Use social media and digital marketing tools
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
data driven planning and reporting using different tools like (SEM Rush, google analytics, etc.)
Digital Marketing Specialist requirements and qualifications
2 years of experience in paid ads Social media and google.
Excellent knowledge in paid ads of Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google and others
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in Arabic and good level of English is preferred
