Synopsis To help answer the highest value analytical problem statements posed by different teams and departments across Etihad Airways to the Digital & eCommerce team.

Reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager and working under the guidance of the Digital Engagement Senior Manager, he/she should leverage their advanced

analytical skills

and the wider analytical toolkit to analyze and visualize Etihad’s digital and enterprise data resources. Strong

communication

and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively work across a multi-disciplined environment.

He/she will be encouraged to develop their skills and techniques for the analysis of data and

problem solving

, staying

up-to-date

with industry-leading Digital Analytics capabilities.

Accountabilities Analyze requirements and identify or design the solution to a problem.

Execute complex, ad-hoc analyses utilizing Etihad’s wider analytical toolkit, proactively looking for further insights and root cause.

Summarize/visualize results and highlight likely insights for the business translator to develop.

Maintain a documentation repository of solutions, including methodology.

Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to approach in each analysis performed, making recommendations to the wider team as to priorities for further development.

Develop and maintain proficiency with Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and other advanced analytic and database tools, in-house data sets, and other resources.

Will be encouraged to develop one or more specializations in Etihad’s key analytical disciplines and become the ‘go-to’ person among peers in that field, acting as an expert and coach to the wider analytics team.

Education

& Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, reporting, and database management and/or Data Science models used in commercial/digital processes.

Experience with

in the aviation industry in the areas of Digital Analytics and Business Analytics would be preferred.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques are an advantage.

Proven track record

of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting.

Strong analytical and

problem-solving skills

, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Good

project management
