Job Responsibilities
Analyze hospital data to provide insights that support digital innovation projects.
Collect and analyze data related to hospital operations and create digital solutions to improve performance.
Prepare analytical reports that illustrate the impact of technology and digital innovation on overall performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with teams to ensure data is being used effectively to support decision-making.
Use analytical tools to identify opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven solutions.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data analysis techniques and healthcare trends.
Monitor digital trends and provide recommendations to enhance the innovation strategy.
Work collaboratively with departments to support data-driven innovation initiatives.
Perform all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner.
Perform all other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
