About Us:
Desert Roofing & Flooring LLC is a leading waterproofing solutions provider, specializing in high-quality services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for waterproofing projects.
Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure accurate measurements.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier/subcontractor costs.
Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are maintained.
Prepare progress reports, valuations, and final accounts.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients for seamless project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the waterproofing or construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and cost management.
Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
