We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with a proven track record in diamond jewellery sales. Experience with lab-grown diamonds is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive in-store and digital sales (WhatsApp & Instagram)
- Deliver a premium, white-glove customer experience
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales
- Guide clients through diamond selection and customisation
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and client communication
- Build long-term client relationships
- Uphold store presentation and brand standards
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in diamond jewellery sales
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Confident closing high-value transactions
- Well-presented, professional demeanour
- Proven experience converting sales through WhatsApp and Instagram — essential for this role
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You’re only comfortable with basic retail billing
- You wait for customers instead of chasing sales
- You’re not confident speaking and closing
Compensation: AED 4,500 – 5000 salary + sales commission (commission structure shared at interview)
