DHA Dermatologist Specialist Jobs in Dubai at Al Riyady

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Contact potential clients to promote real estate properties and services.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, answering inquiries and providing detailed information about properties.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective buyers through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Sales Coordination: Coordinate site visits, schedule meetings, and manage client communications.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and market developments.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle client objections professionally.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.

Main Requirement:

real estate: 6 month to 1 years (Required)
tele sales: 6 months to 1 years (Required)
visa holder ( visa will be provide on bases of performance )
