Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Luxury Beauty Retail Trainer to lead and elevate Dolce&Gabbana Beauty across Saudi Arabia. Driving brand excellence across all categories(fargrance, Makeup, and skincare).This role ensures the highest standards of product knowledge, selling skills, and brand storytelling by developing and empowering beauty consultants and retail teams. The trainer acts as a brand ambassador, fostering a culture of performance, luxury service, and retail excellence aligned with the brand values.
This position requires strong leadership, the ability to inspire and influence teams, and a passion for the luxury beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Team Development:
- Deliver impactful classrom and in-store training sessions, including brand induction programs, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.
- Support the Regional Education Team in the preparation and execution of seminars, seasonal trainings, and novelty launches.
- Train retail partners on new product launches and ensure excelelnce in execution through dedicated in-store-coaching sessions.
- Support retail teams during animations, masterclasses, and mega events to ensure premium brand representation and strong customer engagement.
Retail Excellence & Field Coaching:
- Conduct regualr store visits to coach beauty consultants on selling techniques and customer experience.
- Elevate makeup and fragrance consultaion skills.
- Identify talent and support succession development.
Brand Ambassador & Events:
- Represent Dolce&Gabbana Beauty during retailer events and master classes.
- Support marketing activations and product launch events.
- Collaborate with commercial and retail teams to align training with business objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track training KPIs and coaching results.
- Provide feedback reports to management on team performance and development needs.
- Support appraisal processes and competency development.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Provide regular feedback and reports on training outcomes, team performance, and development needs to the Regional Education Manger.
- Cololaborate with commercial, marketing, and retail teams to align training initiatives with brand strategy and product launches.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including commericial and marketing teams to support business objectives and drive sellout performance.
- Manage and monitor the allocated training budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business priorities.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury beauty training, retail education, or similar field-based role.
- Proven exspertise across fragrance, makeup and skincare ctaegories.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail environments, customer experience standards, and sell-out dynamics.
- Demonstarted experience in delivering trainings, product launches, and in-store coaching.
- Fluency in English is requiered, Arabic is highly preferred.

- Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible schedule with availability to travel between locations within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and build strong relationships across teams.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Arabic is a must)
