We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dev Ops practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), release automation, containerization, and Git Ops to enable secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application delivery
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration
- Develop and manage release automation processes to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments
- Implement Git Ops practices and deployment automation across multiple environments
- Integrate code quality, security scanning, and testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Development, Platform Engineering, QA, and Security teams to streamline software delivery
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize build, deployment, and release processes
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools
- Ensure platform security, scalability, availability, and compliance with enterprise standards
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Git Lab OR Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform OR Ansible
- Experience with Argo CD or comparable Git Ops deployment tools
- Experience with Sonar Qube for code quality and static code analysis
- Experience with Release Automation tools and deployment strategies
- Hands‑on experience with Docker OR Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Strong scripting skills using Bash OR Power Shell OR Python
- Experience with Git version control and branching strategies
- Strong understanding of Dev Ops principles, automation, and cloud-native architectures
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS OR Microsoft Azure OR Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Helm OR Kustomize
- Experience with Prometheus OR Grafana OR ELK Stack for monitoring and observability
- Knowledge of Hashi Corp Vault or other secrets management solutions
- Experience implementing Dev Sec Ops and security automation
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3–12+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Infrastructure Automation, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing enterprise-scale CI/CD and Git Ops platforms
- Strong understanding of software release management and deployment best practices
- Experience delivering cloud modernization and Dev Ops transformation initiatives
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to build secure, scalable, highly available, and automated software delivery platforms
