Responsibilities
Review architectural drawings in different design stages & check its competency with the project brief.
Review & check client contracts technical data.
Prepare & coordinate with all stakeholders for any documents required for project launching.
Coordinate the permits process with the permit’s specialist & support with required documents.
Document all project drawings & documents.
Skills
Good knowledge in office & AutoCAD.
Good command in English language.
Understanding of real estate development principles.
Detail oriented.
Education
A Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management/Architecture/Civil Engineering.
Experience
5-7 Years of relevant experience.
1-2 years’ experience in a real estate company is preferable.
