Development & Feasibility Manager
Real Estate Developer – Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a Manager – Development & Feasibility to play a key role in evaluating and advancing mixed-use development projects. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making through comprehensive feasibility studies, business planning, market research, and financial analysis
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support feasibility studies and business planning initiatives for large-scale development projects.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to assess project viability, profitability, ROI, and investment performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand assessments to identify opportunities and market gaps.
- Evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to support informed investment decisions.
- Prepare business cases, investment presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, finance, legal, architecture, and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in real estate feasibility studies, ideally within mixed-use developments.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have UAE real estate experience.
