Job Description
We are looking for professional and customer-focused Destination Specialists to support visitor information booths at airside and landside locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance and information to visitors regarding Qatar destinations, attractions, events, and tourism services.
- Operate information booths as part of a 24/7 operation.
- Maintain real-time digital updates, including Qatar Calendar content, promotional offers, DMC packages, and live event feeds.
- Ensure daily booth readiness, including cleanliness, maintenance, stock control, and system functionality.
- Engage professionally with visitors and maintain accurate visitor engagement records.
- Support smooth booth operations and follow all operational procedures and instructions.
- Work effectively with a multicultural team in a busy airport environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- French, Mandarin, or German language skills are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, travel, airport services, or information desks is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work 8–12 hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Candidates must be flexible, responsible, and customer-oriented.
