The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and implementing solutions to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization. The Desktop Support Engineer will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software, as well as providing end-user training and support.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field
ITIL Certification
MCSE certification
Minimum Experience
5-7 years of experience in IT related fields
