About The Role
You provide hands-on and remote technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and basic network connectivity. The goal is simple: minimize downtime and keep business operations running.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Support applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, business apps)
- Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets)
- Manage hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, peripherals)
- Assist with network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity)
- Log and track issues in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Perform software installations, updates, and patching
- Support onboarding/offboarding users
Education & Qualification Requirements
- BS or Diploma or degree in IT / Computer Science
- Certifications (optional but helpful): CompTIA A+ Microsoft (MCSA / Modern Desktop) ITIL Foundation
