We are seeking a Desktop Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to provide IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, if applicable).
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure security compliance.
Support remote users and document IT support activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
1-2 years of IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft) are a plus.
