We are urgently hiring a Creative Designer & Social Media Executive to join our team in Dubai – must be able to join immediately.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is visually strong, creative, and proactive – someone who enjoys creating content, managing social media, and bringing marketing ideas to life.
You’ll be working closely with our marketing team on real estate projects, creating engaging content and visuals that help showcase properties and attract buyers.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing social media creatives, marketing materials, and digital assets
• Creating engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Managing and scheduling social media posts
• Editing short-form videos (Reels, social media videos, etc.)
• Supporting basic video shooting for property content and marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with the marketing team on campaign ideas and content planning
• Ensuring all content maintains a strong and consistent visual brand
What We're Looking For:
• Advanced skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite & similar tools)
• Experience managing social media pages
• Ability to edit short videos and social media content
• Basic ability to shoot video content when needed
• A good eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
• Someone organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience in real estate marketing is a big plus
Ideal Candidate:
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, energetic, and eager to build their portfolio while working on real projects. You should enjoy both design and marketing, and be comfortable wearing multiple creative hats. Strong designing skills are a must.
