Overview
Design, Standards & Quality Lead; Fit Interiors Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Noon Academy
Position: Design, Standards & Quality Lead (Fit-out & Interiors)
Design, Standards & Quality Lead (Fit-out & Interiors) — Role purpose We’re not hiring a designer. We’re hiring a builder.
At Noon, we are rapidly expanding our physical learning spaces across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.
Our challenge is not to design one great classroom — it’s to build a system that works consistently across dozens of sites, under real constraints, tight timelines, and varying conditions.
This role is for someone who can turn complexity into clarity, and design into a scalable operating system.

- Not limited to producing drawings or concepts
- Not a slow, consultant-style environment
Why This Role Matters
You will directly shape how Noon builds its physical learning experience at scale.
Your work will not live in presentations — it will be built, replicated, and experienced by thousands of students across multiple locations.
Why Join Noon
- Build something real at scale
- High ownership and direct impact
- Fast-moving environment with meaningful challenges
- Opportunity to define standards from the ground up
Final Note
