Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Design & Print Coordinator to manage the flow of design and print projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of both design processes and print production.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate design and print projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates
- Work closely with designers and print technicians to ensure accurate execution
- Review artwork files for print readiness (formats, colors, dimensions, etc.)
- Manage production schedules and monitor job progress
- Handle vendor coordination and material sourcing when necessary
- Maintain organized records of projects, files, and client communications
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in design coordination, print production, or a similar role
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of print processes, materials, and file preparation
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
