Job Description
Function / Role:
Design Coordination, Technical Review, Stakeholder Liaison, Programme and Deliverables Management, Design Compliance, Value Engineering, Site Support, Change Management Support, Handover, and As-built Documentation.
Key Responsibilities / Duties :
Lead the development and execution of design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Oversee the preparation of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
Collaborate with external consultants, architects, and contractors to seamlessly integrate design plans into the construction phase.
Resolve design-related challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
Specific Requirements / Conditions : Long hours, nights, shifts, travel / mobility required.
Minimum 5-8 years of fitout experience in UAE.
Experience with at least 2 projects valued at 60-80 million AED for  fitout coordination in UAE.
Willingness to work from site offices as required.
Driving license is mandatory.
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Master’s degree or advanced certification in Design Management preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years of fitout experience in UAE.
Experience with at least 2 projects valued at 60-80 million AED for  fitout coordination in UAE.
Skills :
Strong background in design and architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite.
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Technical project oversight experience.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Education : Architectural Engineering.
