Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
Lead and manage the design process for real estate projects from concept to completion.
Ensure designs align with project requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality designs.
Review and approve design plans, drawings, and specifications.
Manage design timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Oversee compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Collaborate with construction teams to resolve design-related challenges.
Stay updated on market trends, innovative design solutions, and new materials.
Develop and implement design strategies to enhance project value and appeal.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
We are Looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in architectural or design management within real estate.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and BIM tools.
Experience in project management and team coordination.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines and budgets.
