FEIZO DESIGN is a Saudi-based global interior design and fit-out studio with over 15 years of experience in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the GCC. The studio blends European design precision, Italian craftsmanship, and strong regional expertise to deliver high-end projects with meticulous attention to detail, quality, and on-time delivery.
FEIZO DESIGN also curates unique materials from around the world and is building a “Material Museum” to showcase its extensive collection. With integrated design, engineering, and execution capabilities, the studio manages projects end to end to ensure consistency and uncompromising results. The company is known for maintaining strict privacy and exclusivity for clients, especially on highly confidential and signature projects.
💼 Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters in Riyadh.
As our Design Manager, you will lead the entire design lifecycle from initial concept to completion. You will be the technical and creative anchor—overseeing project design development, space planning, material selection, and cross-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, set exceptional design standards, review architectural drawings/presentations, and ensure all deliverables meet FEIZO DESIGN’s strict luxury benchmarks.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and fit-out teams to align design intent with technical feasibility, budget constraints, and strict execution schedules.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Lead high-profile client presentations, handle feedback with diplomacy, conduct crucial site visits, and proactively resolve complex design-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
We are seeking a high-caliber professional who satisfies the following criteria:
Luxury Portfolio: Proven experience leading high-end interior design projects in the luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors (GCC experience is highly preferred).
Technical & Aesthetic Excellence: Sophisticated command of design development, spatial planning, premium material selection, and detailing, with a sharp eye for elite craftsmanship.
Industry Tools: High proficiency in standard design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, SketchUp/3D modeling, and Adobe Creative Suite for presentations).
Team & Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor design teams, interface seamlessly with engineering/fit-out departments, and multi-task across several high-ticket projects simultaneously.
Commercial Acumen: Strong project management capabilities, including resource planning, scheduling, rigorous quality control, and aligning design scope with commercial budgets.
Global Sourcing: Experience collaborating with procurement teams and international suppliers to source premium materials and finishes from regional and global markets.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field (or equivalent elite-level relevant experience).
Language & Locality: Fluency in English is strictly required; knowledge of Arabic and familiarity with Saudi/local building codes and regulations are highly advantageous.
Mobility: Full readiness to work full-time on-site in Riyadh.
