Role Description
We are seeking a talented Architect to lead the design department, specializing in interior and exterior design, with strong experience in managing projects and teams
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the design team and oversee deliverables
– Review and approve interior and exterior designs
– Coordinate with operations and contractors
– Monitor project execution, quality, and timelines
Requirements:
- – Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design
- – Strong knowledge of local regulations and Saudi building codes
- – Experience in similar projects (F&B industry preferred)
- – Proficiency in English
- – Strong leadership and organizational skills
- -Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
- -Preferred: 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
