I am supporting a privately owned real estate development company in Riyadh with the confidential appointments of 3 Design Managers (1xStructural, 1xElectrical & 1xMechanical) for a prestigious high-rise tower development.
These are key client-side position with responsibility for leading the design process, managing consultants and ensuring the technical integrity, coordination and delivery of the structural package throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working within a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, with a strong track record delivering complex high-rise developments. Previous client-side exposure would be highly advantageous.
Key experience should include design review, consultant management, technical coordination, value engineering, buildability and the management of interfaces across architecture, MEP and construction.
Candidates must demonstrate stability and clear progression throughout their career. Frequent moves or short-term positions will not be considered for this appointment.
Previous GCC experience is strongly preferred, and Arabic speakers will be given preference. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-capitalised private business delivering a landmark scheme in Riyadh.
