The Brand & Content Specialist is responsible for elevating the creative direction and execution of content for various social media accounts and campaigns. We’re looking for a hybrid thinker, a blend between
hands-on
design with creative
leadership
. This role is key in shaping the visual identity and creative output of our social media channels and campaigns. It ensures cohesive brand narratives, oversees shoot plans, and refines all visual elements to deliver
impactful
content.
The Specialist also leads design requests and collaborates closely with the social media team to align vision and execution. This role sets the standard for compelling brand storytelling through design-led thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction:
Lead art direction for photoshoots, videos, and organic content.
Ensure visual consistency and
quality control
on social media accounts.
Content Production:
Prepare shoot plans aligned with the brand’s vision and strategy.
Oversee and enhance execution quality during shoots.
Coordinate props, lighting, and set designs with brand narratives.
Develop graphic design content for social media clients, collaborating across teams.
Handle all design requests, ensuring branding and quality standards.
Create cohesive grids and layouts for social media platforms.
Assist in branding design tasks if needed.
Lead meetings with team leads to review brand perception and content performance, providing actionable feedback.
Engage in time blocking, shortlisting, and storyboarding tasks.
Design & Creative Tools:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with
Canva for templated social media content.
Content Creation & Shoot Tools:
Use Lightroom for color correction and mood setting.
Direct videographers, photographers, stylists, and editors.
Utilize Capcut for organic content edits.
