engineering and architectural solutions across the GCC region. We are currently expanding our creative team and seeking a talented Design Architect with a strong artistic flair and advanced concept design skills to help shape the future of our landmark projects.
Job Summary:
As a Design Architect at GEO, you will be at the forefront of design
innovation
—translating ideas into powerful visual concepts and compelling architectural narratives. You will play a pivotal role in the early phases of design, contributing
creative solutions
across a variety of building typologies including high-rise towers, industrial facilities, masterplans, and urban interventions. This position requires a high level of aesthetic sensitivity, spatial creativity, and mastery of 3D and BIM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop design concepts from early ideation through to final presentations.
Produce artistic sketches, architectural renderings, and 3D models that communicate design intent effectively.
Work closely with the architectural team, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact design solutions.
Explore
innovative
materials, forms, and spatial experiences in line with project requirements and environmental considerations.
Use advanced software tools including Revit (BIM), Rhino, Lucian, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Suite to develop and present concepts.
Collaborate with
interdisciplinary
teams including structural, MEP, and
sustainability
engineers to ensure feasibility and integration of design.
Stay updated with global architectural trends, digital modeling innovations, and sustainable design strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution.
3+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a portfolio that includes concept work for international projects.
Strong design sensibility with a proven ability to deliver visionary concepts.
Proficient in Revit, Rhino, 3D Max, and Lucian (or equivalent advanced visualization software).Skilled in
visual storytelling
, including diagramming, rendering, and animation.
Excellent
communication
and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
