We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in maintaining apartments and villas, specializing in mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems within residential properties.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and minimize costly repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Work closely with property managers and tenants to resolve maintenance-related issues.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
Supervise third-party contractors for specialized maintenance tasks when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
