Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
10 to 15 years of experience in designing & developing API 6A, 16A, 5CT, 7-1, and 16C products like different types of upstream Valve, Well-heads, Choke & Kill Manifolds, BOP.
Hands-on experience in design calculations as per API specs along with design & engineering principles and best practices.
Well-versed with engineering design programs such as Solid Works, Catia, ProE, and Auto Cad.
Proficient in creating product drawing with 3D models, Assemblies, and BOM.
Should have exposure to face API audits. Recertification & acquiring new certs.
Capable of creating design packages.
In-depth knowledge of FEA.
Exposure to static equipment & new installation /recertification of Pipe is an added advantage.
Ability to stay abreast of the advancement in technology & engineering design.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Fair verbal & written communication abilities to interact within the organization & with clients.
Proactive and positive attitude on work.
Good understanding of HSE practices and procedures
