Key Responsibilities:
1. Management and Leadership:
- Daily supervision of the sales engineering team and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactive intervention to resolve technical and commercial issues with clients.
- Acting on behalf of the Sales Manager in leading regular meetings and administrative tasks in their absence.
- Participating in setting annual sales plans and distributing targets among the team.
2. Technical Sales and Development:
- Overseeing the preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders and major projects and validating them.
- Providing detailed technical explanations and highlighting competitive advantages of the company’s products to clients.
- Reviewing and reading technical drawings and schematics to ensure solutions meet required specifications.
- Conducting market research and analyzing competitor movements to seize new sales opportunities and develop the company’s business.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Building and managing strong relationships with key accounts and consultants in the market.
- Continuous coordination with production, maintenance, and technical support departments to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Qualifications and Required Conditions:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical – Mechanical – Mechatronics).
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in technical sales specific to the supply sector, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Languages: Full proficiency in English (speaking and writing) for reading catalogs and interacting with suppliers.
