Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our reputable real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, developing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales:
Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and open houses.
Provide detailed information about properties, including the neighborhood, schools, and market conditions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand clients’ needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Negotiation:
Negotiate offers and terms of sales with clients and other agents.
Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, deeds, and closing statements.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Utilize various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising.
Prepare promotional materials and presentations.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Assist clients with financial and legal requirements of property transactions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve sales targets.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Valid real estate experience.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
