Deputy Quality Manager – Testing Jobs in Musay‘īd, Qatar at Management Solutions International MSI
The Program Manager has overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control / planning and quality management aspects of operation. Acts as primary point of contact for customers at the work site level.
Responsibilities:
Provides direction and leadership to all site assigned personnel.
Prepares and submits site labor / non-labor budgets, forecast estimated costs and control subcontractors.
Controls service contracts in support of site operations.
Manages all department managers / staff assigned to site operations.
Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems.
Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects.
Oversees scheduling of work assignment and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
Have Minimum of 15 Years experience at the PM or Deputy PM level in related O&M support services and / or facilities management.
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing O&M support services to large facilities or operations (greater than 10 Million annual operations).
Hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering / construction / facilities / contracts or related field with equivalent schools’ training / certifications.
Hold a certificate from either IFMA as a CFM, BOMI International as a FMC, or Association for Facilities Engineers (AFE) as a CPMM.
Clearance:
Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.
