Position: Â Deputy Principal for Middle and High School
We are seeking adynamicand experienced Deputy Principal to join ourleadershipteam for Middle and High School. This role is ideal for an educator passionate about fostering academic excellence, promoting student growth, and driving positive change in acollaborativelearning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in managing overall school operations, including curriculum development.
Monitor and enhance students’ academic performance through effective strategies.
Lead and mentor teaching staff, providingprofessional development opportunities.
Oversee extracurricular activities to promote student engagement.
Manage student discipline and create a safe, supportivelearning environment.
Collaborate with parents and the community to support student well-being.
Utilize data analysis to inform instructional practices and improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
Participate in budget planning andresource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration or a related field.
Valid professional license from theEducationand Training Evaluation Commission.
Provenleadershipexperience in curriculum development and instructional practices.
Strongcommunicationand organizational skills.
Commitment to inclusivity and fostering equitable learning environments.
Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.
Experience in using educational technology to enhance learning outcomes.
