Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Food & Beverage division. The successful candidate will help ensure operational efficiency, maintain service excellence, and drive compliance with company standards across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets.
- Monitor outlet performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and food safety standards.
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and training outlet managers and operational staff.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend improvements.
- Support cost control initiatives and help improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational discipline.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns promptly.
