Working alongside the Head of Secondary and the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide visionary leadership, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning, exceptional pastoral care, and excellent outcomes for students.

The Role
As Deputy Head of Secondary, you will:
• Support the Head of Secondary in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school.
• Lead and monitor outstanding teaching and learning across the Secondary phase.
• Drive curriculum development and continuous school improvement initiatives.
• Mentor, coach, and develop middle leaders and teaching staff.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, and student wellbeing.
• Analyse assessment data to improve student achievement.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider school community.
• Support inspection readiness and accreditation processes.
• Contribute to the school's vision, values, and long-term strategic planning.
