The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a degree with PGCE in Secondary Education.
- Previous experience as a Deputy Head of Secondary in an international school setting.
- Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop teaching talent.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to lead curriculum development, supervise staff, and drive academic excellence.
- Experience in exam management, timetable coordination, quality assurance, and data analysis.
