Position: Deputy Head of Pre-Prep School (FS1-Year 2)
The Head Master is looking to appoint a Deputy Head for the Pre-Prep School to take responsibility for the delivery of an outstanding and innovative academic and pastoral provision across the Early Years.
The right candidate should be an adaptable and innovative leader, a good motivator, communicator, and administrator, and should be capable of managing key aspects of an expanding and high-profile British international school. They should be able to provide professional leadership and guidance of academic and pastoral matters across the Pre-Prep School from FS1 to Year 2, to enable the effective development of the Pre-Prep, its staff and its pupils.
The role of Deputy Head of the Pre-Prep School requires an inspirational leader with the vision, presence, and communication skills to build upon and further enhance the outstanding academic and pastoral provision.
Candidates will require stamina and energy, the interpersonal skills to command the respect of a wide range of stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and the intellect, sensitivity and humility to engage broadly with a team of staff who are all key stakeholders in creating a culture of academic aspiration and curiosity amongst the pupils.
