Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company’s growth and profitability targets in both commercial and residential real estate markets.
Drive the overall vision and direction of the company, ensuring alignment with Milele Properties’ objectives.
Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth execution of real estate transactions, project management, and client services.
Ensure that all operational procedures comply with Dubai real estate regulations and company policies.
Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and the implementation of best practices.
Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to achieve their performance goals.
Foster a results-oriented, collaborative culture within the organization.
Build and manage a team of high-performing professionals in sales, marketing, operations, and business development.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in Dubai.
Forge and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, developers, and industry partners.
Spearhead market research initiatives to keep the company ahead of market trends and client needs.
Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining cost control.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability and growth targets are achieved.
Present financial reports and operational updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and fostering trust.
Oversee major negotiations and deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for the company.
Represent Milele Properties at key industry events and forums.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
