Key Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating and executing engineering strategies, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management to align engineering objectives with organizational goals.
Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the established quality standards.
Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Optimize resource allocation and enhance cost efficiency in engineering operations.
Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Represent the engineering department in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
10+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and engineering best practices.
Proficiency in engineering software and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the engineering sector.
Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
Familiarity with sustainability practices and green engineering.
Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.
