A leading FMCG company specializing in the import, distribution, and supply of premium food and beverage brands across Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Deputy CEO to join its executive leadership team in Riyadh
.This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially driven executive with a strong track record in business growth, sales leadership, and cross-functional management within the FMCG industry
Key Responsibilities
- sLead and oversee the company's commercial and operational functions, including Sales, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Import
- .Develop and execute business strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability
- .Strengthen relationships with key customers, suppliers, and international brand partners
- .Drive sales performance, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives
- .Identify opportunities to expand the company's product portfolio and develop new business partnerships
- .Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency across the organization
- .Ensure alignment between departments while fostering a high-performance culture
- .Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to senior management teams
Requirement
- sBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- .Minimum 15 years of experience within the FMCG industry
- .Proven experience in senior executive leadership roles such as Deputy CEO, General Manager, COO, Managing Director, Commercial Director, or Business Director
- .Strong commercial background with a demonstrated history of driving sales growth and business expansion
- .Experience overseeing multiple business functions, including Sales, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Import
- .Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, supply chain, and commercial operations
- .Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- .Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- .Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
