We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Kitchen Department Manager to lead our kitchen sales division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for premium kitchen and wardrobe solutions from design to final installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales of premium kitchen and wardrobe products.
- Understand client needs and provide expert advice on kitchen designs, materials, and appliances.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Ensure showroom displays reflect current trends and brand standards.
- Coordinate with design and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve departmental KPIs including sales, margin, and customer satisfaction.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in premium kitchen and wardrobe brands
- Experience in kitchen, furniture, or interior industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is an advantage
