Dental Receptionist Jobs in Al `Ayn at Scottish Dental Center
Salary Structure:
1. Weekdays (Mon-Thu): 80 AED/day
2. Weekends (Fri-Sat): 100 AED/day
3. Additional Earnings: Tips from customers
Probation Period (1-2 weeks):
1. Weekdays: 60 AED/day
2. Weekends: 80 AED/day
Upon successful completion, you will continue with the standard salary.
Overtime Opportunity: Potential for double pay based on customer demand.
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Company Policies & Requirements:
* ✔ Transportation Provided: Pick-up/drop-off available in Satwa and Hor Al Anz only.
* ✔ No visa sponsorship or food allowance provided.
Dress Code:
1. White formal shirt + black formal pants
2. Formal shoes (No joggers or casual footwear allowed)
Behavior & Discipline:
* ✔ Punctuality & Cleanliness: Strictly enforced.
* ✔ Professional Conduct: Respectful behavior with customers and colleagues.
* ✔ Phone Usage: Hands-free only while driving.
* ✔ Traffic Fines: Driver is responsible for any fines incurred.
* ✔ Mobile Data: Must have an active data plan for work communication.
Documentation Requirement:
Security Deposit: 500 AED (refundable upon leaving the company).
OR
Passport Submission: Handed over during employment and returned upon exit.
Probation & Confirmation:
* 1-2 Weeks Probation Period: Performance will be evaluated.
* Continuation: Only selected candidates will proceed with the full-time role.
