- Patient Care: Greet patients, address concerns to reduce anxiety, and provide post-operative instructions.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately maintain patient records and assist in managing the appointment schedule for efficient workflow.
- Room Management: Prepare surgery rooms before appointments and clean them thoroughly afterward.
