We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Ceramic Technician to join our dental laboratory team in Abu Dhabi – Main City.

Key Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant professional qualification in Dental Technology / Dental Laboratory Technology
- Proven experience as a Dental Ceramic Technician
- Strong hands-on experience in ceramic and aesthetic dental restorations
- Excellent knowledge of porcelain, E-max, zirconia, and other ceramic materials
- Experience with ceramic layering, staining, glazing, contouring, and finishing
- Ability to fabricate high-quality crowns, bridges, veneers, and aesthetic restorations
- Strong understanding of tooth morphology, anatomy, occlusion, shade matching, and aesthetics
- Ability to accurately interpret dentist prescriptions, photographs, impressions, and laboratory instructions
- Experience with zirconia and lithium disilicate restorations is highly preferred
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM digital workflows is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail, precision, and aesthetic judgment
- Ability to meet required case turnaround times while maintaining consistent quality
- UAE experience is preferred
- Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi are preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and finish high-quality ceramic dental restorations according to dentist prescriptions
- Perform ceramic layering, contouring, staining, glazing, and finishing
- Achieve accurate shade, morphology, anatomy, function, and aesthetics
- Work on zirconia, E-max, porcelain-fused restorations, veneers, and crowns
- Review cases and communicate with dentists regarding technical requirements and modifications
- Ensure proper fit, contacts, occlusion, and final aesthetics
- Conduct quality control before completing and releasing laboratory cases
- Perform adjustments, corrections, and finishing when required
- Maintain proper handling of ceramic materials, equipment, and laboratory instruments
- Follow laboratory quality, safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures
- Maintain an organized laboratory environment and ensure cases are completed within agreed timelines
