Plumber
Ability to install and repair pipes and fixtures that carry water, gas, or other fluids in hotels and apartments. Also able to maintain plumbing fixtures like bathtubs and toilets and appliances such as dishwashers or heating systems.
What is in it for you:
·Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
·Respond, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues.
·Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
·Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
·Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
·Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed
·Handling customer queries and responding to call outs.
·Preparing cost estimates
Your experience and skills include:
·Minimum 2 to 5 years work experience in 4 or 5 stars hotels
·Proven experience as a Plumber
·Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
·Applying Adhesives, Sealants, and Caulk
·Cleaning Sewer Lines
·Hand and Arm Strength
·Manual Dexterity
·Precision
·Tolerating Potentially Dangerous, Noisy, or Unpleasant Working Conditions
·Using Soldering Techniques
·Utilizing Tools to Assemble Components
·Welding
