Demi Chef De Partie/Station Chef/Line Cook Jobs in Dubai at Enhance ODLS
What you will do:
Guest Reception & Check-in/Check-out:
Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
Verify guest identification and payment details in line with hotel procedures.
Reservations & Booking Management:
Manage guest reservations and inquiries, ensuring accurate details are recorded.
Confirm bookings and maintain an up-to-date guest database.
Assist with modifications or cancellations of reservations, as needed.
Customer Service & Assistance:
Address guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Provide information on room rates, availability, and promotional offers.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant, etc.).
Answer and direct calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Ensure that any special requests or requirements are communicated to the appropriate team.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked front desk area.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage guest accounts.
Prepare daily reports and provide necessary documentation to management.
Safety & Security:
Adhere to hotel security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Ensure that keys and access cards are distributed properly and securely.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management Or Equivalent Degree
Opera Software, Win cloud knowledge
Minimum 6 months to one year of experience
