Job Description:
§ Assist with the preparation, cooking, and assembly of menu items according to standardized recipes and portions.
§ Support the Chef de Partie in delivering fast and accurate dine-in and takeaway orders, particularly during peak service periods.
§ Complete daily ingredient preparation, replenishment, storage, and FIFO stock rotation.
§ Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, workstation cleanliness, and safe food handling throughout operations.
