About the Client: A new concept of Asian fast-food restaurant, based in Dubai.
Job Description:
– Prepare and cook Asian menu items while ensuring consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
– Manage assigned kitchen station and ensure fast, accurate service for dine-in and takeaway orders in a high-volume food court environment.
– Handle daily stock rotation, ingredient replenishment, and waste control while following standardized recipes.
– Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and cleanliness standards and support junior kitchen team members when required.
