Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business inputs.
- Lead monthly S&OP cycle and align with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and implement improvement actions to reduce gaps.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Support new product launches with forecasting and demand planning strategies.
- Prepare and present demand planning reports, insights, and risks to management.
- Collaborate with supply planning and procurement teams to ensure efficient replenishment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain.
- Exposure to demand planning tools (SAP IBP, APO, Anaplan, Kinaxis).
- Experience in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of Saudi market dynamics and demand patterns.
