We are looking for a Team Lead to support us with our 2026 growth plans!
This role will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 Delivery Consultants to ensure the successful delivery of client projects, implementations, and services. This role combines people leadership, project oversight, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to drive high-quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, mentor team members, oversee delivery performance, and serve as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Delivery Consultants to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-one meetings, and development planning sessions.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and workload planning.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide guidance and support on complex requirements and delivery challenges.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes and best practices.
- Monitor and report on delivery KPIs, service levels, and team performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.

Please note this role is based in our office at Dubai Marina, working Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.
