Delivery Manager Jobs in Kuwait at Seazen Group

Seazen Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize our food delivery operations across multiple brands and locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing delivery performance, third-party aggregators, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily delivery operations across all brands and locations.
  • Monitor and improve delivery KPIs, including delivery time, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Manage relationships with delivery aggregators such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Jahez, and other platforms.
  • Analyze sales performance, delivery trends, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure menu availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution across all delivery platforms.
  • Monitor and control delivery-related costs and operational expenses.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational issues.
  • Lead and develop delivery coordinators and support teams.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to increase delivery sales and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food delivery, restaurant operations, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience.
