Job Descriptio
nWe are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead – Oracle ERP Functional to lead and manage enterprise transformation programs across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) domains. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery, account management, stakeholder engagement, and governance across multiple implementations and support engagements
.This is a leadership role requiring strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS functional processes, delivery management, client relationship management, and team leadership

Required Qualificatio
- nsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplin
- e.10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP functional consulting and delivery managemen
- t.Minimum 3–5 years in a Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Account Manager rol
- e.Proven experience managing enterprise Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS implementation
- s.Strong business process expertise in Finance, SCM, and/or HC
- M.Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed team
