Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure timely delivery of Ayurvedic products and medicines to customers.
Handle deliveries in a safe and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper records of deliveries, including addresses, items delivered, and any customer feedback.
Assist in packaging and organizing orders as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
Coordinate with the clinic staff to confirm order details and updates.
Ensure that all products are delivered with care and in good condition.
Work efficiently to meet daily delivery targets while maintaining quality service.
Handle payments and invoices during deliveries, if required.
Report any issues or concerns to the management immediately.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and write in Malayalam is mandatory.
Basic understanding of the local area and routes for effective deliveries.
Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers.
Should be punctual and reliable.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
Previous experience in delivery or courier services is an advantage but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
A valid driving license (if applicable) for delivery vehicle operation.
Ability to lift and carry packages.
Willingness to work overtime as required.

Pay: AED1,000.00 – AED1,200.00 per month
